Fellow colleagues, a recession is near. This does not mean... that our world with all of its problems will end soon. However, we might see house prices go down instead of up. Yeah, we did get used to seeing a rise in HOME prices every year. Perhaps, these halcyon days are soon over. Better buckle up as it will be a bumpy ride for most of us.
