Realtors say that people are leaving crowded cities and looking at rural regions. Yeah, there is a big demand for big expansive farmhouses in agrarian areas.  Workers can now look for pastures that are more green.

 There are those troublesome individuals who hate working from home, but I hate getting into my own car. OK, so there are many reasons. Let us look at the high gas prices. Also, we can mention all the wear on our cars. Mechanics are expensive. Hey, this is not just me. Do ask around and you will find that staying home is easier.

 Fellow colleagues, wall street does look grim. Maybe, stocks will fall some more. Expect the politicians to say that prosperity is just around our corner. However, we might instead see... the beginnings of a massive recession.

 Oh wow, homes have certainly gone up a lot in price. That would be a lot more... than stocks or gold coins even. There are many reasons. Let me add that red tape is one. People have to jump through a lot of hoops just to build one,

 I really do enjoy when we hear nice music. Certain melodies can really affect our emotions and definitely that is the case in mine.

 Gardens can serve as a carbon sink, and we can all work to do our part to help ease global warming. Well, that is what we see. Certainly, there are a lot of challenges ahead of us. Let us strive to make our world better than it already is.
