HDR or Hyper Dimensional Resonator works best on FULL moon. This is what the inventor says. Perhaps tidal forces are a reason. Certainly, we do wonder on this one. Like what is going on. Do we really see an HDR moon. Yeah, that is my question to you. Not sure if there is an answer even.
