"I'd like to know if its possible to get videos made where there's someone speaking a script in front of a camera."
What exactly is a REAL movie?
I
have people on FIVERR create mini movies for me. Typically, it is one
minute per gig. Quality is quite good as some are part time actors and
they want more exposure. In fact, you can give them your script and they
will create a 4K movie. Oh yes, that is the new standard for what is
average now. I would use some stock video for my b roll to bulk it up.
