Bosses

 Bosses realy want us to come into the office some more. I was not sure on... like what the main reason is. Perhaps, they do believe that we are goofing off when we work remotely as they cannot see us.

plagiarism

 Oh wow, plagiarism is worrisome. There is a minor issue... that kids use the internet to steal the work of another person. Yeah, we can accuse em... like of using cut and paste to create content we can consume.

high tech

 Yo, high-tech companies are cutting jobs like crazy. There are so many issues. Perhaps, we would do better in a new area. Often, we do notice that high tech is low pay. Sadly, people need to understand that companies do not even care.

Artemis one

 I do like the Artemis one. However, it might not go to our moon ever. Yeah, that are a lot of important technical as in serious issues. Basically, it is not just the leak we worry on.

supersonic

 Yo, we might be able to fly supersonic once more. Yeah, we do wonder why jets are so slow that we spend hours in a metal tube, but there we are. Perhaps, a giant breakthrough techhnology can occur in our science.

freedom

 Americans do not feel that they are FREE any more. Things are changing on us. Oh yes, we do believe that freedom is not free, but do we have some? Questions are so many. Please do give me an answer. Hey, we really need to understand the eerie universe we are in.

house prices

 Zillow sees a drop in house prices. Well, this is NOT awesome news. After all, we do believe that there will be a rise in TAX soon. Yeah, it is an eerie universe we are in. Do hope that people finally start to wake up.

downtown

 People are leaving downtown now. This macro trend started in 2020 and we do not see a reverse soon. Oh yes, we can certainly blame our coronavirus crisis. However, we really do not feel that this is our only reason. Do take a look at the rise in crime. Frankly, we believe that big cities are not seen as secure no more.
