People are leaving downtown now. This macro trend started in 2020 and we do not see a reverse soon. Oh yes, we can certainly blame our coronavirus crisis. However, we really do not feel that this is our only reason. Do take a look at the rise in crime. Frankly, we believe that big cities are not seen as secure no more.
